As an HR Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:

• recruiting, interviewing and assisting in employee selection
• conducting employee orientations and exit interviews
• administering different types of protected leave, Workers Compensation & ADA
• enforcing company policies
• managing personnel files
• maintaining superior customer relations
• contributing to the overall operation of the store

The ideal candidate will have experience with interviewing & hiring, knowledge of leave/Workers Compensation/ADA and basic computer skills.
