                OUR TIRES CARRY A 90 DAY WARRANTY

This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment, failures that occur due to improper maintenance or failures that result from field conditions, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, normal wear or damage attributable to acts of God. Warranty is for the price paid for the tire only. We are not responsible for any loss of use of the tire, or other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages.
